Promoting environmental responsibility starts from within. As part of its ongoing sustainability efforts, ERL organised an Inter-Department Recycling Campaign from 15 to 26 December 2025, encouraging employees to adopt more environmentally conscious practices in the workplace.
The campaign brought together employees from various departments to participate in a collective recycling effort, fostering teamwork and a shared commitment to reducing waste. Through active participation, the initiative successfully collected 321kg of recyclable waste, demonstrating the positive impact of collective action towards environmental conservation. Beyond waste collection, the campaign aimed to raise awareness of responsible waste management, encourage recycling habits and promote a culture of sustainability across the organisation. By engaging employees directly, ERL seeks to make environmental responsibility an integral part of its workplace culture.
