Sharing the Spirit of Ramadan: ERL and EMAS Spread Kindness Through Bubur Lambuk Distribution

In the spirit of Ramadan, ERL, together with ERL Maintenance Support Sdn Bhd (EMAS) organised a bubur lambuk distribution initiative at selected railway stations, sharing the warmth and generosity of the festive season with passengers. The initiative brought together employees and members of ERL’s management team who actively participated in the preparation and distribution of bubur lambuk, a traditional Ramadan dish. The activity provided an opportunity for employees to come together beyond their daily responsibilities while engaging with the communities they serve.

Beyond sharing a traditional meal, the initiative reflected the values of compassion, generosity and togetherness that are central to Ramadan. It also highlighted the dedication of ERL and EMAS employees, whose teamwork extends beyond ensuring smooth railway operations to making a positive difference in the lives of others. The initiative was made possible with the generous sponsorship of Faiza Marketing Sdn Bhd, demonstrating the importance of meaningful partnerships in supporting community-focused activities.

Through simple yet meaningful gestures such as the bubur lambuk distribution, ERL continues to embrace the spirit of giving and strengthen its relationships with the communities it serves.
